Design Draughtsman

I. Purpose of the Position The Draughtsman is responsible for completing accurate working drawings for project.

II. Scope The Draughtsman reports to Architect /Sr. Architect / PL and TL - Design. He is responsible for WD, Consultant co-ordination and other project related work from the point of view of the architecture. Failure of the same will result in excess working hours and delay in project deliverables.

III. Responsibilities 1. Maintaining of project list, track record of targets, maintain target extensions. 2. Prepares all kind of drawings like floor plans, elevations, sections and necessary detailing and external development works drawings for execution purpose. 3. To study Pre-project history, respective document study, client requirements analysis 4. Help in final sketch signoff, consultant’s workshops. 5. Consultants follow up (if required) 6. Receive, understand specific instructions from seniors, analyze and implement instructions from the seniors. 7. Follow checklist and office procedures as laid down in the manual 8. Report to seniors on a daily basis. 9. Follow check list of the organisation 10. Enter the project and work related details in ERP 11. Save project work on server 12. Constantly upgrade technical and other relevant skills so as to perform tasks efficiently. 13. Adhere to the commitments and target dates. 14. Avoid non - sanctioned leaves

- Knowledge 1. Computer software’s required to complete the drawing e.g Auto CAD, REVIT, Sketch up, Google maps, PowerPoint. 2. Various checklist laid down in manual 3. Mail communication - Skills 1. Multitasking 2. Use of new software’s and their usage in current project work 3. Analytical and problem solving skills 4. Should be capable of giving value addition to the plans given by seniors

i.Working conditions

1. Target based work - completion of work in minimum period 2. As and when required need to stretch for longer hours

ii. Physical Demands 1. Need to sit on place to complete the task so have to be fit. 2. Late hours working may also be required for submissions.

iii. Environmental Conditions 1. Irrespective of weather conditions need to complete the WD and submit the same to the concerned person.
- Sensory Demands 1. Sensory demands includes use of computer which may cause eyestrain or headache 2. Excess working on computer can cause back pain
- Mental Demands 1. Clarity in what work is need to be done for respective project

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
