**Brief Description of Job:

- **

**1. **Preparing and providing high Quality Aptitude Content by preparing year/branch wise syllabus, lecture plans course files. Content for the Aptitude Books.

**2.** To keep the quality checks of Aptitude session by visiting the classes and taking necessary actions as per the SOP.

**3.** To prepare and provide the surprise tests, assignments for the ongoing semester to the team of Aptitude Trainers. Also keep the track of the aptitude course coverage through Google Sheet Link.

**4. **To proof read and thoroughly vet DCPD - Aptitude Books (Soft Copy) well before the semester and inform students in case the corrections have been found after printing.

**5. **To create and upload question bank on CUIMS, proof reading, verifying count of questions, managing unit wise questions of different codes for various online test like Quiz Tests, Evening CU CAT Test.

**6.** To provide content support for various Aptitude Contest online and offline.

**7.** To prepare the students for major DCPD events like CAB, Peer Mentoring Session, AMCAT Analysis, Pre Placement Talk etc.

**8. **To organize and conduct Train the Trainer Programs for fresh and experienced trainer.

**9.** To ensure timely submission of Internal and External Rewards of Aptitude.

**10**. **Advance Excel must be strong (V-look up, Pivot, Conditional Formatting, Graph, PPT & use of all appropriate formulae's)**

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
