Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Event Promoter Sales Executive to join our team and promote our events and offerings in a mall setup. As an Event Promoter Sales Executive, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging mall visitors, generating leads, and driving ticket sales for our events. Your primary focus will be on creating awareness, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value and excitement of our events to potential customers. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Set up and maintain an engaging and visually appealing booth or setup within the mall to attract and capture the attention of passersby.

Actively approach mall visitors, initiate conversations, and create excitement about our events, explaining the features, benefits, and unique experiences they offer.

Effectively promote and sell event tickets, packages, and any associated merchandise or promotional items.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing detailed information about event schedules, pricing, and any special offers or incentives.

Assist customers in making ticket purchases, handling cash transactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative promotional strategies and activities to drive foot traffic to the mall setup and increase ticket sales.

Stay updated on event details, including performers, themes, and special features, to effectively communicate the value and excitement to potential customers.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the local market, competitor events, and trends to identify and capitalize on opportunities to attract a wider audience.

Provide daily reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and recommendations for improvement to the sales and marketing teams.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or event promotion environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.

Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to create excitement and generate interest in events.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience to every customer.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately.

Creative mindset with the ability to suggest and implement innovative promotional ideas and activities.

Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during special events as required.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
