**Job description**:
- Engage with SMEs to develop eLearning content, which is accurate, relevant, and compelling.
- Design course/lesson structure flow, considering target audience.
- Follow internal processes to generate consistent, accurate and compelling storyboards. - Creative use of graphics/multimedia to assist with getting a point across to the consumer.
- Produce well-structured, accurate and compelling audio scripts to be narrated by a third party.
- Be an active member of the team contributing constructive and respectful feedback accordingly.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the department/team process playbook.
- Be comfortable working on multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Be comfortable managing your own workload and understanding the priority of tasks assigned.
- A seasoned user of the Microsoft Product set including Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Be familiar with the Content authoring software and the capabilities it provides.
- Take on a share of the current LMS Administration duties as required. Full Training will be provided.
- Develop your knowledge of the next-generation LMS product/services to a high standard via self-learning, existing educational content, and engaging with SMEs and colleagues.
- An Instructional Designer who appreciates the value of high-quality customer educational content.
- You will have an exceptional ‘attention to detail’ work ethic.
- Enjoy building respectful relationships with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Partake in content refresh projects as required such as rebranding.
- Confidently create professional eLearning content from scratch as efficiently as possible.
- Be creative with the use of language, graphics, animations, audio, and video.
- Follow existing processes to create Storyboards/scripts to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team, using initiative and adapting to changing situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
