**Position: Company Secretary**

**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To be responsible for completing all the secretarial compliances including the preparation of minutes books.
- To be responsible for all the compliances required for the listing of Company.
- To be responsible for drafting of agreements/tender documents
- To review the data prepared by team for monthly & Annual GSTR returns.
- To coordinate with auditors for their queries, & liaison with consultants for successfully filing GST refund with the authorities, Income Tax and FLA Return of the Company.
- To support the team & be responsible for monthly closing of the Books including preparation of various journals.
- To work individually and with team : Thorough Review of financial statements and tax audit Report to correct any discrepancies.
- To be responsible for preparation of schedules and documents for Statutory and Tax Audit and coordinating with Auditors for solving queries and completion of Audit.
- To prepare MIS Reports like Monthly P/L Variance Analysis and Reconciliations of Balance Sheet Items for management review.
- To be responsible for preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards and Indian Companies Laws.
- A strong understanding/experience of operational background.
- Flexible to travelling.
- Having knowledge of tender filling & working with Govt. department will be additional advantage.
- Strong computing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet agreed on deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels (internally and externally) both verbally and in writing.
