**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Accounts Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain digital and physical accounting records.
- Handle petty cash and daily expense tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payment follow-ups.

**Stock / Inventory Duties**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels in the inventory management system.
- Assist with stock entry, goods receiving, and stock dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.
- Maintain records of stock movements and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse or store teams to ensure accurate inventory.
- Generate inventory reports for management.

Pay: ₹10,527.79 - ₹23,701.36 per month
