QA Manual Tester

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Manual QA Tester** to join our quality assurance team. You’ll be responsible for identifying bugs, ensuring product quality, and working closely with developers and product managers to deliver flawless user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans
- Execute manual test cases (functional, regression, integration, UI/UX)
- Identify, record, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Report test progress and quality metrics

**Must-Have Skills**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in **manual testing**:

- Solid understanding of **SDLC** and **STLC**:

- Experience with test case management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Basic knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries
- Exposure to automation tools or frameworks (optional)
