To support the department in risk management and audit initiatives of various store located in the region and across the country.
- Assisting GRC team in Head office in risk assessment to identify audit priorities.
- Continuous review and updation of audit work program basis risk assessment, prior audit findings, process change etc in liaison with GRC team in Head office and other region.
- To execute audit on high risk areas and conduct / supervise special audit reviews / project / fraud investigations basis the audit plan / inputs received from the GRC team in HO.
- Periodic discussion with Regional Operations / Accounts team to present audit findings. Follow up on open items for closure and review of implementation of action items.
- Execute specific projects assigned for providing inputs to management for improving the corporate governance mechanisms through
- Continuous Monitoring Systems (CMS),
- Fraud Risk Assessment,
- Business Process Re-engineering,
- Cost Cutting initiatives covering functions and roles for all the Business Processes Functions and systems prevailing in Shoppers Stop Ltd and all other Store formats including for MAC, Bobby Brown, Clinic Estee lauder.
