Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Curation**:

- Assist in creating engaging and creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Help design eye-catching graphics, write captions, and produce short-form videos to promote brand messaging and products/services.
- Curate content from various sources to ensure a consistent and dynamic social media presence.
- **Social Media Scheduling & Posting**:

- Assist with scheduling and posting content according to the social media content calendar.
- Ensure posts are timely, consistent, and aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Help respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across platforms.
- **Social Media Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to gather insights and help improve strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports on social media performance, including metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Support the execution of social media campaigns and promotions (e.g., contests, giveaways, influencer partnerships).
- Assist in the tracking of campaign results and metrics to determine effectiveness and provide feedback for future campaigns.
- **Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to help keep the brand’s content relevant and engaging.
- Research new platforms and emerging trends to inform future social media strategies.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the social media manager and the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the social media presence and engagement of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Experience**: No prior professional experience required (but any experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing is a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or video editing tools (Premiere Pro, iMovie, etc.).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and accurate copy.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and trends.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
