Early Childhood Educator - Grade 1 Teacher

The Role

As our Grade 1 teacher, you will:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our curriculum
- Create a positive learning environment that supports each child's development
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices
- Introduce age-appropriate activities that make learning enjoyable

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field (Education background preferred but not required)
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Genuine passion for early childhood education
- Patient, energetic, and creative approach to teaching
- Willingness to experiment with innovative teaching methods
