7-10 years of Implementation, Development, Upgrades, Orchestration, and Integration experience in building solutions on ServiceNow Discovery.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.
- Very good implementation & development knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Certificate Management, AI OPS.

Additional tools like HP uCMDB or BMC ADDM is a big plus.
- Having Javascript hands on experience is a plus
- Integration and related API’s such as REST, JDBC
- Good to have knowledge and / or working experience of Cloud technologies primarily AWS, GCP
- Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of infra domain life-cycle management.
- Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs of a solution.
- Good knowledge of multi data center deployment solutions with disaster recovery procedures and high availability at every layer (network, web servers, middleware and database/storage)
- Technical knowledge of the following areas: Java, HTML, LDAP/Active Directory, networking and database administration
- Working knowledge of configuration management tools, methods, and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, team collaboration, communication, problem solving and decision-making
