**Job Title**: Purchase Executive
**Location**: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
**Company**: Technichem (A Chemical Industry Company)
**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 (Based on experience and interview)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation**: Research and identify reliable vendors and suppliers. Evaluate their performance and quality standards.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure favorable terms, competitive pricing, and consistent supply.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
- **Procurement**: Manage the entire procurement cycle, ensuring timely orders, proper documentation, and compliance with internal procedures.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all purchases, vendor contracts, and delivery schedules.
- **Quality Control**: Review and verify the quality of purchased products to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels to avoid shortages and ensure smooth operations.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor and control purchasing costs, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and expenditure for senior management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Chemical Engineering (required)
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the **Purchase Department**.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
- Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic procurement software.
