**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook waffles, pancakes, and other related desserts as per company recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all menu items.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage ingredient inventory and ensure fresh stock availability.
- Experiment with new flavors and toppings to enhance menu offerings.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including waffle makers, mixers, and ovens.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple orders.
- Adhere to company SOPs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a **Waffle Chef / Pastry Chef / Baker** in a café or dessert brand.
- Knowledge of waffle preparation techniques, batter consistency, and toppings.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality food quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in plating and presentation.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Diploma or certification in **Culinary Arts, Bakery, or Pastry** is a plus.
- Experience in a QSR or dessert-based food brand is preferred.
- Passion for desserts and innovation in creating new flavors.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
