**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities (KRAs)**:

- **Creative Designing**:

- Design engaging and brand-aligned creatives for social media platforms including posts, banners, infographics, and thumbnails.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute compelling visual campaigns.
- **Brand Advertisements**:

- Develop static and video creatives for online advertising campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertisement formats and platforms.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality short and long-form video content for social media and promotional use.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure engaging storytelling and visual appeal.

**Required Skills & Tools Expertise**:

- **Mandatory Proficiency In**:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Wondershare Filmora
- Canva
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in both design and video work.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in any stream is acceptable.
- A **Diploma in Graphic Design** or a **related field** is **mandatory**.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
- Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
