Junior Executive - Operations and Logistics

Location: Redhills Chennai

As a Junior Executive in Operations and Logistics, you will support day-to-day logistics and warehouse functions. Freshers are welcome to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including maintaining accurate inward and outward gate pass records. Ensure timely deliveries and organized storage of materials.
- Record all incoming and outgoing items, prepare gate passes, and ensure documentation aligns with company standards.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams, assisting with smooth operations and timely updates.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for quality, report any issues, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Open to freshers; previous experience or internships in logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
