Receptionist/administration Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges, etc.).
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, deliveries, and courier services.
- Provide basic information to visitors and clients about company services.
- Maintain office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to support day-to-day office operations.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
