Oversee inventory levels for automation components, electrical parts, machinery, tools, and related materials.
- Maintain a systematic inventory control process, ensuring stock levels are accurate and replenished in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce best practices for inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and safety stock management.
- Manage stock audits and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source automation products, spare parts, and materials in line with production requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of components.
- Monitor and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Supervise the safe and efficient storage of automation equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Ensure proper organization and labelling of inventory for easy access and efficient retrieval.
- Lead and manage a team of store clerks, warehouse personnel, and stock coordinators.
- Ensure that all team members are properly trained in handling automation materials, tools, and safety protocols.
- Develop work schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
- Enforce adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies related to industrial store operations.
- Ensure that safety regulations and guidelines are followed during the handling, storage, and transportation of automation materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory levels, and procurement activities.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock-outs, and order requirements to management.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
