**Social Media Executive**

**Role Overview**:As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms, developing strategies to increase brand awareness, and interacting with our community. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and execute a content calendar for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, images, videos, infographics, etc.) that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Monitor current trends and create timely, relevant, and shareable content.
- **Social Media Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Design and implement effective social media strategies to drive traffic, increase engagement, and achieve business goals.
- Plan and run social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand awareness.
- Measure and track the performance of campaigns and posts using analytics tools, and optimize based on results.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to build a strong online community.
- Monitor online conversations and feedback to ensure brand reputation is maintained.
- **Collaborations & Partnerships**:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators for partnerships and campaigns.
- Manage social media collaborations and ensure successful execution.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) to track social media performance.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify new opportunities for content and engagement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for digital content creation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
