Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, ensuring all requests and updates are logged and acted upon promptly.

Task & Deadline Management: Monitor the status of tasks and deadlines, coordinate with teams to ensure completion, and adjust timelines when necessary.

Reporting & Audits: Oversee the delivery of client reports and audits, ensuring accuracy and that all client requirements are met.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and track team meetings, send reminders for scheduled calls, and share meeting notes with relevant stakeholders.

Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on deliverables and reports to ensure they meet quality standards before being shared with clients.

Recurring Tasks: Set up and track recurring tasks, ensuring that the teams follow through on time.

Paused Client Management: Manage clients who have paused their services, maintaining contact and ensuring smooth resumption of services when required.

Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring all tools, systems, and documentation are properly set up.

Escalation Management: Handle client escalations, providing quick solutions and routing issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

Team Coordination: Regularly assess team workloads to ensure effective task distribution and provide support where necessary.

Process Monitoring: Ensure that internal processes are followed by conducting spot checks and keeping a close watch on long-due tasks.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination or management roles.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
