
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and property owners, to generate new business opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver engaging presentations on the company’s range of roofing products, explaining their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
- **Sales Negotiations and Closing**: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets within assigned deadlines.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or roofing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team..
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- A valid driver’s license with a two wheeler is mandatory and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: 15,000 to 25,000 + Commission
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
