**Working Days**: 5 Days, WFO

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of related work experience in bank operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
- Proficient with computers including Microsoft Word and Excel

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage entire P&L - money flow, reconciliation, and dispute management with the other stakeholders (banks, network, TSP, and customer)
- Manage investor relations - MIS preparation, Financial statements, and support in future fund-raises
- Oversee other administerial functions - payroll, expenses, audits, and statutory requirements
- Ideally has worked in a reputed start-up (FPL, Uni, Slice, Cred, Navi, Pine labs, etc.) or a bank (HDFC, Kotak, ICICI, IndusInd, Yes Bank, etc.) in a similar role for 3-4 years
- Should be willing to build things from scratch, work in an unstructured environment and manage daily operational challenges with an analytical bent of mind

Rupicard is a VC-funded early-stage fintech startup. We are building a Credit Card for Bharat’, targeting the next 200Mn Indians who do not have a credit card. Credit card is a highly aspirational product but restricted only to affluent Indians, residing in metro cities, working with top MNCs, and having a CIBIL score of 750+. Anybody who does not satisfy even one of these criteria gets rejected, leading to anger and disappointment. We are disrupting this market by giving an assured credit card to this rejected and underserved population
