Marketing Intern duties and responsibilities

Marketing Intern, you will assist in executing and managing various offline marketing strategies and campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience in event management, brand activations, print media, and other traditional marketing methods. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Coordination and Management:
a. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.

b. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.

c. Participate in the setup and teardown of events, ensuring brand standards are maintained.

2. Brand Activation:
a. Support the development and execution of brand activation campaigns at various locations (e.g., malls, stores, public spaces).

b. Engage with customers during activations, providing product information and collecting feedback.

c. Monitor the effectiveness of activations and report insights to the marketing team.

3. Print and Collateral Distribution:
a. Assist in the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and brochures.

b. Coordinate with print vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.

4. Market Research and Analysis:
a. Conduct research on competitors' offline marketing strategies and consumer behavior in target markets.

b. Gather data from field activities and assist in analyzing the effectiveness of offline campaigns.

c. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

5. Store and In-Store Display Management:
a. Assist in designing and setting up in-store displays to promote products and enhance the shopping experience.

b. Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all retail locations.

c. Monitor and report on the performance of in-store displays.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in offline/traditional marketing methods.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
