**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

6. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment tools to continuously improve recruitment processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Must have **6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.**

2. Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills.**

3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

6. **MBA or BBA in HR specialisation **preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
