**Key Responsibilities**:

Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- **Process Optimization**:Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.

Propose and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance**:Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure products meet industry standards.

Work closely with the quality control team to address any deviations from quality benchmarks.
- **Research and Development**:Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Contribute ideas and insights to support research and development initiatives.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of production activities.

Generate reports on key performance indicators and production metrics.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to achieve common goals.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- BSC for Textile Industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
