**Job Title**: Private Nanny - Passport Holder
**Location**: Promoter’s Residence, Bandra, Mumbai Suburban
**Experience**: 4-5 years of relevant experience in private homes/residences

**Job Type**: Full-time (24/7 Role)

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and personalized care for the children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and engage children in educational and recreational activities tailored to their developmental needs.
- Manage daily routines, including meals, hygiene, naps, and bedtime.
- Monitor the children’s behavior and development, keeping parents informed.
- Assist with homework and school-related activities.
- Organize and maintain children’s belongings, including toys, clothes, and educational materials.
- Accompany children to appointments, playdates, and extracurricular activities.

**Requirements**:

- Should have a valid passport, readiness to travel
- Proven experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role in private homes/residences.
- Ability to stay at the promoter’s residence and provide care for their child.
- Graduation and relevant experience as a residential Nanny are mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling family matters.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of child development and first aid certification.
- Creative and engaging approach to childcare.
- Patience and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.

**Supplemental Pay**:

- Yearly bonus

**Ability to Commute/Relocate**:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

**Work Location**:

- In-person
