A CA assistant, or accounting assistant, supports accountants and financial professionals by performing a variety of tasks.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Processing transactions**: Recording and tracking money flowing into and out of the organization
- **Preparing financial reports**: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and presentations
- **Maintaining records**: Ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date
- **Reconciling accounts**: Comparing incoming and outgoing funds to ensure they balance
- **Preparing invoices**: Creating and distributing itemized invoices to customers
- **Processing payments**: Receiving and issuing payments, and updating records
- **Ensuring compliance**: Ensuring the company complies with financial policies and procedures
- **Communicating with clients**: Providing administrative support and communicating with clients about payments
- **Contributing to financial statement preparation**: Compiling data and checking it against internal records

**Educational requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
