As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Content Strategist to lead our content operations and drive the success of our SEO-focused website.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute an integrated content strategy that harmonizes with Propelld's existing SEO approach, ensuring strong resonance with our audience in the education and financial sector.
- Lead and manage a team of freelancers responsible for creating engaging and high-quality SEO content.
- Provide clear guidance, set performance expectations, and ensure the team delivers content in line with SEO best practices.
- Possess a deep understanding of the financial and tech industries, with a focus on student loans, education financing, and fintech solutions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content creation and ensure it aligns with SEO objectives.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and organic search rankings.
- Oversee the creation of diverse content types, including blog articles, infographics, videos, and more.
- Review and refine content for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency, employing effective content audit tools for quality assurance.
- Develop a content distribution strategy to maximize the reach and impact of the website blog pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure coordinated efforts.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of content and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on key content metrics and recommend adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in content strategy, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in SEO content, preferably in the financial or fin-tech sector.
- Proven track record in effective leadership and team management, with a history of successfully guiding and overseeing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO and keyword research.
- Familiarity with student loans, education financing, and fintech trends.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
