- **Job Title** - Workforce Tester
- **Location**: Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Noida
- **Educational Background** - BE/Btech
- **Key Responsibilities** - **Testing Oracle HCM Cloud**: Conduct comprehensive testing of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
- **Test Planning and Execution**: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
- **Defect Management**: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- **Workforce Administration Testing**: Validate workforce administration processes, including employee data management, time and attendance, and payroll processing.
- **Automation Testing**: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
