Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in the Australian real estate industry? We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support marketing and backend operations in a dynamic property business.

**Role Overview**:
This is a hybrid role combining marketing and operational responsibilities. You will contribute to digital campaigns, content creation, and administrative coordination — helping the real estate team run smoothly while enhancing brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities - Operations & Marketing**:

- Manage CRM entries and maintain up-to-date client/property data
- Coordinate with builders and clients to schedule appointments
- Track stock availability, estate registrations, and ongoing deals
- Support backend follow-ups and status updates
- Organise contracts, packages, floorplans, and brochures
- Maintain team reports and daily performance logs
- Assist with social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Schedule and publish content across platforms using Canva or similar tools
- Coordinate with graphic designers or freelancers as needed
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in generating leads from campaigns
- Keep property listings, portals, and website content current and accurate
- Basic understanding of real estate, marketing, or administrative tasks
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, and social media tools
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and follow up proactively
- Comfortable working early hours: 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM IST

*(4:30-7:30 AM WFH; 8:30 AM-1:30 PM WFO at Paldi, Ahmedabad)*

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
