**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance and counseling to students regarding the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course curriculum, exam structure, and career prospects.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals.
- Develop personalized study plans and strategies to help students achieve their academic and professional objectives.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging classroom sessions to enhance students' understanding of complex accounting concepts and principles.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, mock exams, and performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in the CA course syllabus, exam patterns, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to design and implement effective teaching methodologies and learning resources.
- Assist in the development of study materials, practice questions, and instructional resources for CA exam preparation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong mentoring and counseling abilities, with a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically and professionally.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring Chartered Accountancy students is highly desirable.
