Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and update product listings on Flipkart (title, description, images, pricing, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain healthy account metrics (ODR, cancellation rate, SLA, etc.)
- Handle daily order processing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch
- Create and manage deals, offers, and promotions through Flipkart dashboard
- Analyse sales reports and performance data to improve listing and ranking
- Resolve return/refund/customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated with Flipkart's latest policies and seller programs
- Coordinate with Flipkart account manager for growth strategies

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of Flipkart Seller Account
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and accuracy in listings
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with product categories like camera accessories, electronics, etc. is a plus

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce (especially Flipkart)
- Knowledge of other marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, etc.) is a plus

**Salary**: (negotiable based on experience)

Working Days: 6 days a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,945.06 - ₹28,993.98 per month
