Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Follow-up:

- Proactively contact customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and address any concerns.
- Follow up on service reminders, warranty claims, and scheduled maintenance.

2. Complaint Resolution:

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly by coordinating with relevant departments (service, logistics, etc.).

3. Upselling and Cross-selling:

- Promote additional services like extended warranties, service packages, or accessories.
- Provide information about ongoing offers and promotions.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share regular reports on customer feedback and service satisfaction.

5. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

6. Coordination with Teams:

- Collaborate with the sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure seamless post-sales customer experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or a related role in the automobile industry (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Customer Orientation: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
