**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Administrator** with **2-3 years of experience** in sales or sales support. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, driving conversions, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to closure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales conversions and revenue.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular sales reports.
- Identify and nurture potential leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize the sales cycle for faster turnaround and better results.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM tools regularly.
- Ensure efficient lead tracking, follow-ups, and engagement.
- Provide timely updates and reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or sales administration.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM systems.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
