BWR’s ratings have rated over 100,000 large Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, State and local Governments, and small businesses. BWR provides investors and lenders, with timely and in-depth research across structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance, and corporate sectors.
**Primary Responsibility**:
**Provide extensive support to the CRO in all administrative tasks for efficient functioning of the Rating Division including managing all day to day activities related to the functioning of the Rating Committees.The major responsibilities include the following and any other tasks assigned by the CRO from time to time.**
- **Oversee preparation and circulation of meeting agendas related to Rating Committees and any other meetings chaired by CRO**
- **Understand deliberations at the Rating Committees to translate them into meaningful inputs in the post Committee work.**
- **Manage the CRO’s active calendar of appointments / meetings**
- **Composition and preparation of Meeting Minutes, Correspondences, including those that are confidential in nature.**
- **Assist in making travel plans / itineraries / appointments including compilation of agendas and documentation required for the meetings**
- **Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.**
- **Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned**
- **Work closely and effectively with the CRO and provide uptodate and timely information of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensure appropriate followup**
- **Coordination with the various departments (internal and external) to complete the tasks initiated from the CRO's office. Handle interaction with visitors and clients as and when required**
- **Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on tasks / projects to successful completion, often with tight deadlines.**
**Competency / Skills**:
- **Strong communication, time management and organization skills**
- **Reasonable banking/credit background for appropriate understanding of the credit rating proposals.**
- **Proficient in reading / proof - reading and verbal/written communication skills.**
- **Proven ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.**
- **Willingness and ability to provide extended and flexible support, when necessary.**
- **Ability to create efficient working relationships**
- **Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment**
**Educational Qualification**:
**Graduate in Finance / Commerce. Masters Degree / Any additional certifications in finance will be an added advantage
