**Job Overview**:The accounts faculty is responsible for delivering effective and engaging accounting instruction to students, fostering a positive and conducive learning environment, and providing support and guidance to students pursuing accounting-related courses.

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**: Prepare and deliver lectures, discussions, and practical sessions on accounting topics to students. Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum and academic standards of the institution.

**Assessment**: Create, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects to evaluate students' understanding and progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.

**Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with other faculty members to assess and improve the accounting curriculum. Identify areas for enhancement and propose updates to keep the content relevant and up-to-date.

**Research (if applicable)**: Engage in scholarly activities, research, or publication in the field of accounting, depending on the institution's requirements and focus.

**Professional Development**: Stay abreast of the latest developments in accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Attend workshops, conferences, and seminars to enhance personal and professional knowledge.

**Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and order in the classroom, ensuring a respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students.

**Administrative Tasks**: Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to teaching, such as recording attendance, submitting grades, and participating in faculty meetings.

**Departmental Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to promote cross-disciplinary initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field. Many institutions may prefer a master's degree or higher for higher-level faculty positions.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience is advantageous but may not be required for entry-level positions. Practical experience in the accounting field, such as work in finance, auditing, or taxation, is often valued.
- **Certifications**: Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) may be preferred or required, depending on the institution's needs.
- **Knowledge and Skills**: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and relevant accounting software. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teaching and student engagement.
- **Passion for Teaching**: Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to fostering students' academic growth and success.
- **Continuous Learning**: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the accounting field to deliver relevant and cutting-edge instruction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
