Drafting of all legal deeds and Documents viz. Allotment Letters, RERA Agreements, Agreements for Permanent Alternate Accommodation, Development Agreements, MOU, Deed of Conveyance, Gift Deed, Transfer of Tenancy Rights, etc
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
- Developing company policy and position on legal issues
- Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transaction
- Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions
- To coordinate with Advocate/ Solicitor for Arbitration matters, Suits, etc
- Handle Non-Litigation Litigation Matters. To appear in court if required.
- To maintain and review legal documents.
- Should have knowledge of all RERA matters & compliances from the registration of project to its quarterly updation.
- Should have knowledge of Redevelopement of society, MBMC compliance, Society formation

**Qualification**:

- LLB /LLM in Any Specialization
**Job Location** - Fort, Mumbai Maharashtra
