**Key Responsibilities**:
- **System Implementation**: Design, configure, and implement IBM TRIRIGA solutions to meet the specific needs of the finance project.
- **Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- **Customization and Integration**: Customize TRIRIGA modules and integrate with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- **Project Management**: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure efficient use of TRIRIGA solutions.
- **Documentation**: Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and system maintenance.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of TRIRIGA solutions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in implementing and managing IBM TRIRIGA solutions.
- Strong background in finance and understanding of financial processes and workflows.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in IBM TRIRIGA platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience with data migration and system integration using various tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Certifications**: IBM TRIRIGA certification or relevant professional certifications.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working on finance-related projects or within the finance industry.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
