Interior Site Supervisor

**1. Project Planning and Coordination**
- Interpret and understand interior design plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers.
- Schedule and monitor daily site activities and manpower allocation.

**2. Site Supervision**
- Oversee on-site work to ensure it adheres to approved designs and timelines.
- Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, painters, electricians).
- Ensure proper installation of finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements.

**3. Quality Control**
- Inspect workmanship and materials to maintain high-quality standards.
- Report and rectify defects or deviations from plans.
- Approve work stages and ensure standards are met before proceeding.

**4. Health and Safety Compliance**
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure workers use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow site protocols.

**5. Communication and Reporting**
- Provide regular updates to project managers or clients.
- Document site progress, delays, and any issues encountered.
- Maintain site diaries, checklists, and reports.

**6. Inventory and Resource Management**
- Manage material deliveries, storage, and usage on site.
- Track inventory and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Minimize waste and prevent material shortages or misuse.

**7. Problem Solving**
- Identify potential problems and propose solutions quickly.
- Handle on-site conflicts or issues with contractors and workers.
- Adapt to changes or modifications requested by clients or designers.

**8. Time and Budget Management**
- Ensure project milestones are met within set deadlines.
- Monitor labor productivity and work progress.
- Assist in managing costs and avoiding budget overruns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
