Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Collateral: Develop engaging print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and product catalogs to promote new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Social Media Design: Create eye-catching graphics and visuals that drive engagement and showcase skincare products in a fresh, appealing way for social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent aesthetic and tone across all platforms and materials.
- Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design creative concepts for product launches, influencer campaigns, and other brand initiatives.
- Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, skincare industry aesthetics, and competitor brands to ensure designs remain fresh, relevant, and innovative.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industries.
- Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with packaging design, especially for consumer products in the beauty or skincare space.
- Ability to create visually compelling digital content (social media graphics, ads, banners).
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and design expertise across a variety of mediums (print, digital, packaging).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
