TITLE**:BOOKKEEPER**

LOCATION: 401, VIVA ATELIER, NEAR STATUE CIRCLE, NARANPUR, AHMEDABAD 380013
WORK HOURS: 06:30PM TO 03:30AM (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- 2 or more years of accounting experience within corporate/business sector.
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements, and tax return preparation
- Education background with either Bachelors or Masters in Commerce.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP, US/UK Accounting and Taxation process.
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
- Previous experience in AR/AP/GL

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performing reconciliations.
- Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all client’s financial matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable taxation and other relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
- Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
