As a Designer at Conscious Partners, we want you to use your magic to craft visually stunning

and user-friendly landing pages that make a lasting impact. Your designs will go beyond

conventional templates, as you'll use your advanced design skills to create unique and

captivating site experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design landing pages that integrate UI/UX design principles with performance strategies.

We want you to use your creative flair to develop visually appealing and effective landing

pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and

in a timely manner. We want you to communicate effectively with teams to manage

expectations, deliver work on time, and ensure satisfaction with design deliverables.

**Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple projects and

priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
- Expertise in Ecommerce design principles, with a focus on responsive design.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years direct experience in designing Ecommerce landing pages
- Must send design portfolio that showcases Ecommerce landing pages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹106.51 - ₹633.89 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-Commerce designing: 3 years (required)
- Figma: 3 years (required)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
