**Job Summary**:
A Diploma Mechanical Engineer (DME) is responsible for assisting in the planning, design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems in manufacturing, production, or maintenance environments. The role involves hands-on involvement in machinery operation, quality checks, troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain mechanical equipment and systems.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines.
- Monitor production processes and suggest improvements.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Perform quality checks and measurements using instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Maintain technical documentation and production reports.
- Support engineers in design and prototype development.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from a recognized institute.
- 0-3 years of experience in a relevant mechanical field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical concepts and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of tools, machines, and mechanical systems.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools is a plus.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time; shift-based work may be required depending on the industry.
- Field, plant floor, or workshop-based roles.
- Use of safety gear and adherence to safety norms is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
