You will be working as a Scrap Coordinator and will be part of Motion Business Area for Large Motors & Generators division based in Vadodara, India. In this role you will be reporting to Administration Manager and will be responsible for providing an auxiliary service to a business or division or group. Engaging internal customers and driving efficient services in various administrative areas.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Monitoring scrap certification, storage and disposal process and conducting quarterly meetings, preparing minutes of the meetings and sign-off
- Nominating a management staff (not part of scrap process) to witness and certifying scrap weighment or count and loading
- Ensure safeguarding of scrap and quarterly reconciliation of scrap generated, sold and balanced
- Monitoring scrap dealer selection process and scrap dealer due diligence process. Reconciliation of the scrap material and assisting in overall admin related activities
- Ensuring timely disposal of scrap and adequate segregation of duty is maintained in entire transaction
- Ensuring periodic rotation of scrap dealer and security personnel involved in scrap process and responsible for the end-to-end process
- Immediate reporting of any control lapse, fraud, theft and theft attempts to appropriate authority in the Company

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Diploma in Financial Management
- Knowledge in IT skills, MS EXCEL, Power point and large data handling
- Experience in data management for scrap handling
- Knowledge on scrap handling procedures
