**Job Description: US Accounts Executive - The MetroMax Group**

**The MetroMax group is a conglomerate based out of Atlanta, USA. Besides Atlanta, we have our offices in Bangalore and Mohali in India. The MetroMax Group is a group of companies operating in the transportation and logistics sector. The MetroMax Group provides trucking, last-mile delivery, dispatch, BPO, and IT services in the transportation sector. The group is based out of Atlanta, which is the transportation hub for the USA. Atlanta has the world's busiest airport, 3rd largest US port, and is home to 85% of the world's largest 3PL companies. The MetroMax group leverages its deep connections within the Transportation industry to provide an array of services to a wide spectrum of clients.**

**The MetroMax Group's India center anchors the BackOffice support and IT/BPO businesses for the MetroMax group. The India center is also leading Business Process and Technology related innovations for the MetroMax group. This role is with The MetroMax Group, India - Bengaluru (Bangalore) location.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all bookkeeping related tasks for clients including but not limited to:

- Experience in **QuickBooks & US Accounting.**:

- Experience in **Validating Time Sheet and handling US clients.**:

- **Strong Accounting background, Experience working on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Transactional Accounting.**:

- Good Communicating and written skills.
- **Good experience in performing Weekly/Monthly Account reconciliation and month-end activities.**:

- Exposure and basic understanding of US and IND GAAP accounting rules
- Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions & Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bookkeeping activities for the assigned client.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes

**Qualifications**:

- **Must completed B. Com in Finance & Accounting**:

- **Minimum 1-4 Years of work experience and Finance and Accounts (Transactional Accounting)**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Good knowledge in Microsoft excels reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
