Job Title: Sales Field Officer - POSH Act Awareness

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Field Officer to join our team and drive awareness regarding the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act. As a Sales Field Officer, you will be responsible for reaching out to individuals and organizations, fostering relationships, and spreading awareness about the importance of implementing and complying with the POSH Act.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to various organizations and institutions to promote awareness of the POSH Act.
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with decision-makers, HR managers, and employees to explain the provisions of the POSH Act and its significance in preventing sexual harassment.
- Generate leads, identify potential clients, and develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions on the POSH Act to various stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in the POSH Act and related regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for effective outreach.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively convey the importance of the POSH Act and its benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets in a field-based role.
- Knowledge of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act or a willingness to quickly gain expertise in this area.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures related to sexual harassment prevention (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.
