**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a polite, patient-friendly **Telecaller** to manage calls at our hospital. Your main role is to **answer incoming calls, handle patient inquiries, book appointments**, and **keep a daily count of OPD (Outpatient Department) visits**.
No sales. No pressure. Just clear and helpful communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming patient calls with warmth and clarity
- Provide information about doctors, timings, departments, and procedures
- Book OPD appointments and maintain an appointment sheet (online or register)
- Inform patients of any doctor unavailability or rescheduling
- Record daily OPD visit counts and share summary with supervisor
- Redirect emergency calls to concerned departments immediately
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Provide basic follow-up information if needed (like test report pickup or department timings)

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, call software, WhatsApp)
- Calm, ppolite,and patient attitude with people
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Prior experience in clinics/hospitals/telecalling is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
