**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and syllabus-aligned lessons to students of higher secondary classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments as per West Bengal Board & CBSE curriculum.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide academic and pastoral support as part of a residential school setup.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**:

- Freshers with **tuition or home tutoring experience** are welcome to apply.
- Prior school teaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to **relocate** and work in a **residential school environment**.

**Remuneration**:

- ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
