Security Guard

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Surveillance & Patrol**:

- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including public areas, guest floors, entrances, parking lots, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Identify and report any suspicious behavior, security risks, or safety hazards.
- **Guest & Staff Safety**:

- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents such as fire, theft, accidents, or disturbances.
- Assist with crowd control during events or peak times.
- Escort guests and staff upon request to ensure their safety.
- **Access Control**:

- Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access.
- Check identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain visitor and incident logs as required.
- **Policy Enforcement**:

- Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and local safety regulations.
- Ensure that safety and emergency protocols (e.g., fire evacuation) are followed.
- Cooperate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- **Loss Prevention**:

- Observe and report any incidents of theft or property damage.
- Conduct periodic checks on equipment, locks, and security systems.
- Prevent unauthorized removal of hotel property.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
