**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up the **HAAS VF2 VMC** for manufacturing orthopedic implants and instruments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Load and unload parts, tools, and fixtures onto the machine.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality finishes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, tool changes, and offset adjustments.
- Conduct in-process inspection and measurement of components using gauges, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
- Maintain logs of production activities, machine settings, and inspection results.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- 2-5 years of experience operating **HAAS VF2** or similar VMC machines.
- Prior experience in **orthopedic implant manufacturing** or precision machining is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming basics (G-code and M-code) is a plus.
- Familiarity with measurement tools and quality standards in the medical device industry.
