**What's the job?**

It's a job that is Dynamic, Fast paced and has the gratification of offering support to our amazing KYC Team and our customers As a KYC Knowledge Expert you will be part of India Operations & Services. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with teammates onsite to maintain our excellent services to our customers across India and with the possibility to cover other geographies in the future.

**What you'll be spending your time on**:

- Provide instant knowledge support to KYC Associates in India.
- Provide 2nd level review and exceptional review for KYC cases where necessary in consultation with MLRO.
- Support Ops Directors/Managers/Team Leads on case investigation and follow up on critical cases E2E as needed.
- Attend regular meetings with Global Knowledge Expert Team for latest updates and bring key information from the region to the Knowledge Team.
- Work closely with Global KYC Trainers on training needs discussion and execution, support within our region and time zone where necessary.
- Identity the gap between localized knowledge and our global standards and propose knowledge update or process flow improvement through collaboration with Regional Business Partners and other stakeholders.
- Observe the knowledge gap of existing KYC Teams in and escalate for refreshment sessions where required.
- Prepare regular reports as needed.

**For this role you also need the following**:

- Knowledgeable in KYC procedures with high integrity, knowledge in India KYC process is an advantage.
- 3+ years working experience in financial/Banking sector & KYC.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Self-motivated, passionate, solution focused, and customer oriented.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English - Must
- Proficiency in other languages like Hindi is an advantage.
